Noki Lifestyle Reviews
Honest, research-based product reviews
We review tools and wellness products by reading the label, checking the seller’s claims against published research and UK guidance, and setting out the real price and terms. No invented tests, no fake ratings, no guaranteed results.

Buying guides
How we review
- Label first: we record the full ingredient list or feature list and the doses or specifications the seller publishes.
- Claims checked: we separate what the seller says from what independent research and UK guidance (NHS, NICE, MHRA) support.
- Real costs: we note prices as shown on the official page, bundles, subscriptions and refund conditions, with the date we checked.
- Clear about our method: unless we say otherwise, reviews are research-based, not hands-on tests, and we never invent ratings, reviews or results.
