Corrections Policy

We aim to be accurate. When we get something wrong, we fix it openly.

How to report an error

Use our contact form and tell us the page, the statement you think is wrong and, if possible, a source. We read every report.

What we do

• We check the report against the original sources, normally within 7 days.
• Factual errors (for example a price, dose, ingredient or study finding) are corrected and the article’s “updated” date is changed.
• Significant corrections are noted at the end of the article with the date and what changed.
• If a seller changes a product or its terms, we update the article and the date we checked.

What is not a correction

Changes of opinion based on new evidence are treated as updates and explained in the article. We do not change verdicts because a seller or affiliate network asks us to.
